These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Confetti Pop mobile game (“the App”), provided by TDAC Software Inc. By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
Confetti Pop is a free, all-ages game intended for personal entertainment. You may use the App for lawful purposes only.
All content, graphics, code, and design elements within Confetti Pop are the intellectual property of TDAC Software Inc. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.
Confetti Pop is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. While we aim to provide a smooth and enjoyable experience, we do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
TDAC Software Inc. is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to data loss, device issues, or gameplay performance.
Confetti Pop is suitable for all ages. Because the App collects no personal data, it complies with child privacy standards such as COPPA.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above.
